Context
A UK demand-response platform, part of a European utility group, had to be integrated with a Japanese delivery and operations setup across two countries.
What We Did
Took over as both interpreter and project lead mid-engagement, then owned legal compliance and multi-site device logistics, connecting the technical, contractual, and on-the-ground sides of the work in both countries.
